WEEK 1-4: base building, low heart rate foundation building, intermixed each week with small hill sessions
WEEKS 4-9: base runs intermixed each week with longer hill sessions, fartlek, team speed drills and group fun!

Ideal for ladies looking for a fun, non competitive morning group catering to all ability levels, including beginners.
